DUNJA´S PUPPIES.
Dunja got her puppies on 29th of June. One boy and one girl, both black. Unfortunately the boy didn´t make it. He slept away after two days.
The birth was easiest, what we have seen so far. Both Dunja and her baby-girl Evangeline are doing great.

Toffy gave birth to three puppies on 13th of May. One boy and two girls, all isabella coloured. Toffy and puppies are doing fine.

Health result:
Daphne des Princes de Minos, eyes: no hereditary deseases.
Dunja was mated to Lemoon on 27th of April. She will go to ultrasound in the end of this month.

GOOD NEWS AND NOT SO GOOD NEWS..
First good news.
Dahlia had her eyes and knees checked:
Eyes: no hereditary deseases.
Knees: 0/0.
Then not so good...Dahlia was supposed to be mated to Ninou (Bel Aghios Minos du Domaine de Chanteloup). We had booked and payed the flights and hotels and everything was ready to travel to France, but the flight was cancelled due to volcano eruption in Iceland. What a disappointment! So Dahlia cannot meet Ninou this time. But we are planning to do this combination later, hopefully we are more lucky then!

PUPPYPLANS!
We have some puppyplans for this year. Toffy (Topaasin Blues For You) has been mated already to Sooda (Ylladian Opal Wind). We expect puppies around 10th of May.
We are planning two more litters for the summer. Dunja will be mated here in Finland this time. And our young girl Dahlia will be mated to a french male.

VISIT TO GERMANY
We had a very nice visit to Germany to Dark Legend´s. Our Dunja (Bel Etual Fortuna) was mated to Ch. Dark Legend´s Pegasus. Puppies are expected about one week before Christmas..
Thank you Karina and Peter and Tim for all your help and hospitality. It was very nice to see you all and meet your lovely, friendly IGs!

N Ch Topaasin Bling Bling was shown today in Maastricht, Netherlands.
She got CHAM EXC/1, RES-CACIB. Judge Magnus Hagstedt.
Bling had an official eye-exam and does not show any sign of hereditary deseases. Thank you Margret!

WE HAVE PUPPIES!
Nora gave birth to four beautiful puppies on 17th of August. Two black males and two females, black and blue. All puppies have some little white markings. Proud mother Nora and her puppies are doing fine.
We have a new member in our team. Little isabella lady from Portugal has moved to Finland. Victoria do Castelo de Alfaia alias Keksi is co-owned and living with Elisa Honkala, kennel Berylline. Welcome, little Bisquit

SOME NEWS..
No puppies for Dunja. She will be mated again from her next season to another creme-boy. More info coming later in summer.
We have a change of puppyplans. Nora (Abolla Eleonora Vertragus) will be mated to Ira (Alfheims All Things Considered) in Juni. Ira is a lovely young male, who is visiting Finland at the moment.
Topaasin Charisma (Lempi) had her knees checked and result was 0/1. Her knees and hips were x-rayed and examined again after this. Bones looked all normal and well-formed, patella couldn´t be luxated during the sedation, but it was a bit loose and too movable. So final result was, that she has slightly first degree patella. Therefore Lempi will be withdrawn from our breeding plans and racing-practises.
Her sister Topaasin Cosima had knees checked as well, everything ok.
Today in Mänttä, in an all breed show, Topaasin Dahlia got JUN EXC/1 and BB-2 with res-CAC. There were 10 IGs entered, judge Raisa Savander.

SHOWRESULTS
Topaasin Bling Bling was in a doubleshow in Våler, Norway 31.5.-1.6.2008. She was BOB on both days. Congratulations to Margret and Blingy!
Biscotti Esclusivo (sire of our current litter) was BOS on Saturday, recieving his 8th CAC! Congratulations for Lena and Esso as well!
Judges were sighthound specialists Knut Fr. Blütecher and Britt Schöne Brodwall.

This weekend were two all breed shows in Joensuu. On Saturday Topaasin Cosima was BOB-puppy. Judge was Säde Hohteri, Finland.

24th of February in Bö in Telemark was NKK international show. Topaasin Bling Bling was BOS with CAC and CACIB. Judge was Karl-Erik Johansson. "Blingy" has all CACs needed for Norwegian championship, but she is too young..

TOFFY IS MATED!
We had a nice weekend in Tanumshede in Sweden. Toffy met Esso and is now mated. We expect puppies to born on 12th of April.
It was nice to meet Margret as well, with her "whole bunch of dogs", including little Blingy.

GREAT NEWS FROM NORWAY!
Topaasin Bling Bling was shown in a double-show in Letohallen, Eidsvoll. On Saturday she was BOB with CAC. Judge was Giuseppe Alessandra, Italia. Today, on Sunday she did it again! She was BOB with CAC and ended up BIG-3!! Judge was Tomasz Borkowski, Poland.
What a great weekend! Well done, Margret and Blingy!
